Horrible experience. Bought a used 2007 Chevrolet Suburban from them, drove 3 hours to look at it, test drove it and tried walking away and saying NO three different times and they kept pressuring us into the sale. Now we know why. Within thirty days we were left stranded on the side of the road due to motor issues and they are not doing anything to help us get the problem resolved. Called at least 6 different times today for them to keep saying they will call us back. No extended warranty was offered and now we are left without a vehicle. They keep telling us they will pay 10%, but when you trade in TWO perfectly GOOD vehicles and spend XX amount of dollars to get a vehicle from them only to be told you will have to spend another $5500 for a new motor, the 10% does no good! I have three kids I have to get back and forth to places and not only that, but I need to be able to get to work. Super frustrating to know that there are dealerships out there willing to rip off good people just to make money. Never will I ever again do business with any Don Hattan Chevrolet if this is how they do business with their customers.

I have made three vehicle purchases within the last three years at Don Hattan Chevrolet. Each purchase was from a different saleperson but every one of them had something in common. That something was customer satisfaction. My recent purchase was with Lyndsey Wiechman. She made sure that my wife and I had no questions left unanswered. She was prepared for our arrival and stayed by our side the entire time. Nick met us at the door when we pulled up and immediately was asking what we were looking for. Immediately noticed how friendly and knowledgeable he was about the dealership and immediately got us into a car for a test drive after a full tour of the car. He explained to us the benefits of Don Hattan, which who doesn’t love a dealership with Ladies’ day on Tuesdays with massages and manicures! I would definitely recommend Nick and Don Hattan in general to anyone buying a new car! Works with you through the whole process and explains everything. They had us in and out with a new car in 2 hours!

I arrived 10 minutes before the dealership closed. Kevin stayed and helped me throughout the process and I drove away in the car I intended on buying when I arrived.

Wes Stephenson was awesome. Drove five hours to get the car and it was in the condition he said it was. make sure you ask for him if you head out that way.
