In case you haven’t heard, growing people is kind of our thing. If you’re into stats, more than 65% of our management team have been promoted from within. Because of how we treat our employees and the training we provide,
we have attracted top-notch talent to our dealerships. Our Ford location is now home to three Certified Master Technicians – this is unheard of for just one dealership. Our customers have recognized the skill within our department,
creating the opportunity for us to expand not once, but twice in the last four years.
This growth has driven us to create our own program: Don Hattan Technical Training Center.
Nationally, the automotive industry has seen a severe lack of certified technicians. We believe at least part of this is due to potential techs being unable to afford traditional training programs. In true Don Hattan fashion,
we decided to get innovative and do something about this problem.
We wanted to create a new way of going to school. A way that includes real world experience under the mentorship of real technicians. A way that fits in with your everyday life, and doesn’t cost thousands of dollars
(in fact – you’re the one getting paid!).
