Tournament Director at NBC World Series

Katie is the ninth tournament director in the 90-year history of the National Baseball Congress World Series, and the first woman to hold that title. Prior to joining the NBC, Katie spent over a decade in Minor League Baseball, serving as the Assistant General Manager for the Lancaster JetHawks (A-Rockies) and Everett AquaSox (A-Mariners), and was named Female Executive of the Year for both the California League and the Northwest League. She was instrumental in the execution of the 2013 NWL All-Star Game events and operations and has consulted on business operations for teams around the country.

Outfielder & Partnership Sales Coordinator at Athletes Unlimited

An Olympic silver medalist, 3x world champion, and 4x All-American at the University of Alabama, Haylie McCleney enters her fifth year with Athletes Unlimited with accomplishments for her defense and on the leaderboard. The lefty collected All-Defensive Team honors for three straight seasons and finished as a medalist during the 2022 Championship season. She’s been with the league since its inception and in her 81 games played holds a .327 batting average, 423 on-base percentage, and .518 slugging percentage.

Youth Marketing Manager for the Kansas City Chiefs

As Youth Marketing Manager for the Kansas City Chiefs, Sheila is responsible for engaging and inspiring the next generation of fans. In addition to her work with the growth of Flag Football, she is also the President and Founder of Kansas City Glory, a women’s tackle football team that is part of the Women’s National Football Conference, and played football for the Kansas City Glory, Kansas City Titans and Knoxville Lightning, as well serving as an assistant coach for the Flag Football team at Ottawa University.

Athletic Director at Newman University

Now in her fifth year as the Director of Athletics at Newman University, Pryor became the only female athletic director in the 14-school Mid-American Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) and one of 57 current female athletic directors in NCAA Division II when she accepted the position in 2019. Joanna enters her 10th year in an administrator role at Newman University. Prior to becoming the Director of Athletics, Pryor served as the Associate Athletic Director and Compliance Coordinator from 2011-19, while serving as the head women’s volleyball coach for two seasons (2009-2010). Pryor played volleyball for Cowley College during the 1996 and 1997 seasons, earning All-Jayhawk East and All-Region 6 honors in both seasons as an outside hitter.

Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at the University of Kansas

Allison Kelly is the current Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at Kansas University’s athletics department, where she oversees football marketing, leads the marketing internship program, and provides valuable assistance to baseball and softball initiatives. Previously Allison served as the Marketing and Game Presentation Coordinator at UNLV where she oversaw marketing efforts for volleyball, women’s basketball, and softball, playing a secondary role in football and men’s basketball. Prior to UNLV, Allison also made impactful contributions at Minot State University, the University of Akron, and as a Fan Experience Representative with the Kansas City Chiefs.
