Absolutely! When you’re on a vehicle details page, click the share button to send a link to anyone helping you search for a vehicle. You also have the option to share the vehicle directly to Facebook or X.

Can I save my favorite vehicles?

Yes! When you’re on a vehicle details page, click the save button and you will be prompted to create a profile or to sign in with either Facebook or X.

Do I need an appointment to visit a Don Hattan Dealership?

An appointment is a great way to save you time at our dealerships.However you are welcome to stop by anytime during normal business hours and our Customer Experience Advocates will help you find the perfect vehicle to fit your needs.

Can Don Hattan Dealerships help me find a vehicle that I like and is within my budget?

Absolutely! Our Customer Experience Advocates are here to help guide you and make suggestions based on what you need and want in your next vehicle.

What if I don’t love my vehicle after I purchase it?

We provide a three day Love it or Leave it policy. So if you take your car home and decide it doesn’t fit in your garage or your lifestyle, bring it back and we will find one that does.

What documentation do I need to purchase a vehicle?

All customers need to provide a valid driver’s license and a valid insurance policy. Additionally, other supporting documents (proof of income, residence, etc.) are often requested by lenders during the financing process.

How do I schedule a test drive?

You can schedule a test drive on any vehicle directly from the vehicle details page. Once you submit your request, one of our Customer Experience Advocates will reach out to verify your appointment.

What do I need to test drive a vehicle?

Be sure to bring a valid driver’s license and insurance card for anyone that will be driving the vehicle.

How do you price your vehicles?

We use a fair market-based pricing model. Our used car managers are the best in the business. Alongside their expertise, we use AI to sift through data on more than 20,000 vehicles per hour to make sure you are getting the best deal possible.

If you don’t have the vehicle I’m looking for, can you find it for me?

Yes, our acquisition team is looking for vehicles daily, and can easily search for your requested vehicle. If there’s a new vehicle you are looking for that we don’t have in stock, we can help you through the process of custom ordering your new Chevrolet or Ford.

I don’t have a Chevrolet or Ford, but can I still service my vehicle at Don Hattan Dealerships?

Yes, our factory-trained technicians use state-of-the-art tools to work on all makes and models. You can schedule your service appointment online or by directly calling one of our service departments.

What if I need to drop off or pick up my car outside of service department hours?

We have early bird and late night drop off and pick up available for your convenience. Ask your service advisor how and they will show you where to park your vehicle and leave your keys.

Do you have any accommodations if I can’t wait while my vehicle is being serviced?

Absolutely! Your car maintenance shouldn’t put a stop to your day, so we have a complimentary shuttle service. It will take you anywhere in the Wichita-metro and will bring you back to our service department when your vehicle service is complete.

If I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, can I still service it at Don Hattan Dealerships?

Yes, we are always accepting new service customers and have three service locations in the Wichita area that are ready to help meet your automotive needs!

Do I have to call in to schedule a service appointment?

While you can call our service department to schedule a service appointment, you can also save time by scheduling your appointment online.

What information do I need to have when calling to find a part for my vehicle?

The main piece of information that we need will be your VIN number.

If I sell my car to Don Hattan Dealerships, do I have to purchase one from you?

No, if you decide to sell your vehicle to us, there is no expectation that you purchase from us as well. Keep in mind, you may get an additional tax credit toward your new car purchase if you trade in versus selling it outright.

What documentation do I need to sell my car?

You car’s title or payoff information (all title holders need to be present), valid and current registration, valid state-issued photo ID (for all title holders), and all keys and remotes for the vehicle.

Does Don Hattan Dealerships provide financing?

Yes, we work with more than 50 lenders to ensure that our customers get the best rates and terms that they qualify for.

Can I still get financing with challenged credit?

Yes, we have worked with all types of credit and have access to specific lenders that help with various credit challenges.

Do I need a down payment when purchasing a vehicle?

While a down payment isn’t always required, we recommend having a down payment to help lower your monthly payment. Also, keep in mind that trading in a vehicle will go towards the down payment and can even give you some tax benefits as well.

What is Ladies’ Day?

We believe ladies deserve a day to be pampered while their vehicle is in service. Every Tuesday, our female customers can receive a complimentary seated massage or manicure while they wait on their car in service.

Do I need experience in the automotive industry to work at Don Hattan Dealerships?

No, you do not. We hire people that we believe fit with our culture and that align with our core  values. Our team is built with people of various work backgrounds which brings in new ideas and perspectives.
